Elizabeth Hightower Allen

Elizabeth recently wrapped up 20-plus years as features editor at Outside Magazine, where she wrote the magazine’s Code Green and Natural Intelligence environmental columns and assigned many stories on Western water issues, public lands, and nature and human health. She’s now a contributing editor for the magazine as well as a freelance book and magazine editor.
