Thank You for pointing some very  real issues and offering alternative perspectives on them.  Non resident hunters are not the enemy.  Given the rapid urbanization of the west along with the massive influx of recreational activity of all kinds on wild lands, wildlife agencies need more help than ever with wildlife. Positive partnerships and cooperative and solution oriented thinking are an imperative if we are going to maintain any semblance of the social, cultural, financial and spiritual values we see rapidly disappearing.]]></description>
