Simple physics. Center of Tucson was over built, cement, buildings, etc. gather and keep heat in. The real culprit, the mayors and city councilmen who failed to plan for Tucson’s future. Where’s all the water coming from to grow trees? My water bill is now over $90/month. with no grass!
