I could not afford to move here now. It’s frustrating to think if I had only stayed in the first house I owned in CA instead of selling it in 2003, I would not now have a house payment and I would be there which, after 30 years, had become home though I’m from CO. A lot of romance exists around small town living, but the downsides are legit.Dramatically rising property values (value?) is a problem in a town like mine.
